Shipping Options

We ship to the United States and internationally.

Please note that all our items are made to order within 6-8 weeks. Once ready, orders typically deliver within 7-10 business days. While we cannot guarantee an order modification, please contact us to request changes.

Due to the made to order nature of our products, a quote for shipping will be provided to you for approval after your order is placed. We offer a variety of shipping options starting from $5.

Once orders are ready to be shipped, standard shipping will typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, and Rural Routes). Standard shipping is available for orders

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories is NOT currently available.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible at welcome@kazigoods.com.

Shipping confirmation emails containing tracking information are sent as soon as your package is shipped.  If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service at welcome@kazigoods.com. 

You may also provide your order number in the live chat to get real time status updates on your order.  The live chat is accessible through the KAZI logo icon in the lower right hand corner of your screen.

Please contact us as soon as possible by either calling our office at (619) 273-3672 or sending an email to welcome@kazigoods.com with your order number and we will assist you with your cancellation. Please note that if your order has already been processed, since all items are handmade to order, all sales are final.

We offer several shipping methods, ranging from ground shipping to overnight options. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you with a quote for shipping.

Please note that all orders are made to order in 6-8 weeks, and choosing an expedited shipping time does not impact that timeline. If you have a strict timeline, please reach out to us at welcome@kazigoods.com and we will do everything within our power to assist.
