Our Action
What you do says a lot about who you are. All Across Africa's actions tell the world about who we are, what we value and what problems we solve in the world.
Working in countries throughout Africa, we regard business and development as a multifaceted effort that requires constant adaptation - to the situation, the individual or culture - as well as much-needed sensitivity and the time and ability to take the road less traveled. All of this often requires an extensive plan of action to best serve rural people who aren't otherwise being reached. Simply put, this is our goal.
At AAA, we are constantly learning, growing and becoming experts at what it takes to serve, partner and employ thousands of individuals.
We want to create viable business and income opportunities for poor and rural people across the continent. Beyond simply solving the issue of -lack of income,” we aim to create jobs that make people proud, jobs that help restore dignity and provide access to health care.
Our business and development approach has been and continues to be shaped by All Across Africa-s leadership and teams on the ground in each country. We are committed to seeing each person we reach succeed in all areas of life - job opportunities, money management, proper nutrition, education, reconciliation and access to health care.
In addition to our focus on creating jobs, we partner with Opportunities Across Africa and Rwanda Partners. Both are nonprofit organizations that provides holistic training and development, education, reconciliation and skill training to rural and marginalized communities.
